Board of Directors

The Historical Society is a membership organization. A membership drive is held each year in January. The dues are $10.00 per person. In October, the annual membership meeting is held.

Twenty members are elected at the annual meeting to serve on the Board of Directors. The goal is to have members from all parts of Fremont County. Board terms are three years with the ability to be re-elected. The Board meets monthly except for the month of December. From the Board of Directors, a president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer are elected to serve two year terms. These officers serve as the executive committee.
